Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
- Custom or pre-order units may take 7–14 business days

Shipping Time
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Fees
- UK: Starting at £4.99
- International: Starting at £30+, depending on destination and weight
(Shipping is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.)
Luxèa is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the shipment carrier and file a claim. All packages are insured by the respective carrier. If your package does not successfully deliver due to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is sent back to Luxèa, you are responsible for additional shipping fees. Alternatively, a store credit or refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to allow you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
