- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Custom wigs or specific requests may require additional processing time.
- You will receive confirmation once your order is shipped.

- We currently ship across the UK and internationally.
- Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 business days.
- International shipping times vary depending on location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect address details provided by customers.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, with tags and lace fully intact.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days and returned to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exchanges are allowed once the returned item is received and inspected.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if:
- The lace has been cut or tampered with.
- The hair has been worn, styled, or altered.
- Tags or packaging are missing or damaged.
